Service Description: Delivery & set up (no staff)

Equipment Included: Wire racks, water pans, sternos, heavy-duty disposable plates, napkins, dinnerware, and serving utensils.

Equipment Fee: Based on the number of trays ordered; customer keeps equipment.

We arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled function with fresh, hot, and ready-to-serve food.

Service Description: Provided by our professional, uniformed staff who remain on premises.

Buffet Equipment: All provided by Castillo & Sons Cuisine, including stainless steel chafers, elegant catering table decor, heavy-duty disposable dinner plates, napkins, dinnerware, and serving utensils.

Service Includes: Setup, replenishment, buffet station service, table clearing, and cake cutting assistance.

Fee: Based on a minimum five-hour period, including one-hour setup and one-hour buffet/food area cleanup after the event.

Overtime: Any time over five hours is considered overtime and is priced per hour, per server.

Bartender Services: Available upon request.

Arrival: We arrive one hour before your scheduled function with fresh, hot, and ready-to-serve food.

Additional Service Options: Family style and plated services are available upon request.
